• [UI/UX Update/ Fix]: Copywriting Updates For Selected Sections In Canvas 2.0 
  • Copywriting updates made across the following modules:
    • User Admin Console
    • Audience Group Management
    • Account & Security

Visualise

• [Feature Release]: Ability To Include Text Boxes As Sections In Report Building 
  • Users are now able to include text boxes as section(s) (e.g. for a text summary within the report) while building their reports on Visualise, enhancing customisation and user experience.

• [Feature Release]: Ability To Include Commentaries Into Charts In Report Building 
  • Users are now able to include text commentaries while building their charts within Report, enhacing customisation and user experience.

• [UI/UX Update/ Fix]: Increase Character Limit For Report Titles  
  • For report titles in Visualise, character limit is increased from 30 to 100, enhancing customisation and user experience.

• [UI/UX Update/ Fix]: Enhanced Drag-and-drop experience During Report Building 
  • When scrolling to a placeholder area at the bottom of a report on Visualise (to add a new question/ variable), there is improved movement for users of Windows operating systems when using their mouse or touch pads of their devices.

• [Bug Update/ Fix]: Inability To Apply 'Clear' Function After Adding Variable Into Global Filter
  • Users were not able to apply the 'Clear' function to remove all options of a variable after it was added as a global filter. The known issue has since been fixed and is now working as intended. 

• [Feature Update]: 'Auto-fill Respondent Date & Time' Checkbox Only Applying To Date Picker Question Type
  • Under Advanced Settings of a question card, the 'Auto-fill Respondent Date & Time' checkbox is only now applicable to the date picker question type.

Studio - Study Editor

• [Feature Release]: Introduction Of "Activities" Panel
  • Users can now have a collective view of activities on Studio, featuring dates set for actions such as survey start/ end date, email scheduling and more.

• [Feature Release]: Ability To Export Responses With 'Incomplete' Status In Data Export File
  • Users can now download responses with the 'Incomplete' status in a .csv file, in which the email field and key ID field are mapped (*Note: this applies to distribution methods: distribute unique links; distribute survey via email).

• [Feature Update]: Rating Question Type To Align 'Include 0' Use Cases
  • Rating Question Type will now have adjusted numerical options when 'include 0' toggle is activated (i.e. when 'include 0' is toggled on, the starting value of the option shown would be listed as 0).

• [Feature Update]: Email Reminders Sent More Specifically To Respondents Who Have Not Started/ Have Incomplete Submissions
  • Instead of being sent to all respondents regardless of their completion status of a survey, email reminders are now only send to respondents with the following statuses:
    • Incomplete (i.e. survey response is not complete)
    • Not started (i.e. respondent has not started on the survey)
      
      

• [UI/UX Update/ Fix]: 'Reset Link' Action Not Being Activated On UI Interface
  • After user selects desired key ID/ URL links to reset, links are seemingly not reset as expected on the interface, as status of key ID/ URL links do not change/ update. The known issue has since been fixed and is now working as intended.  (*Note: this 'reset link' functionality applies to pipeline method of distributing unique links)

• [UI/UX Update/ Fix]: Setting Icons For Pipelines 'Jumping' Out Of Alignment
  • There have been some reported incidents from users on configuration icons on created pipelines shifting out of alignment on the interface. The known issue has since been fixed and is now working as intended. 

Milieu X WebApp

• [Bug Update/ Fix]: Pre- and Post- Submission Screens Reflect The Same Message When Draft Mode Is Enabled
  • Users were seeing the same display message at the pre- and post-submission screens, even though they were set to reflect difference messages. The known issue has since been fixed and is now working as intended. 

• [Bug Update/ Fix]: Options Starting With '>' or '<' Special Character Do Not Show Up In Milieu X WebApp Interface 
  • When an option field has content starting with '>' or '<' special character(s), the option appears as a blank (i.e. shows up as an option with no option content) on Milieu X WebApp. The known issue has since been fixed and is now working as intended.

• [UI/UX Update/ Fix]: Copywriting Updates To Various Sections Across Visualise  
  • Copywriting updates made to the following areas:
    • Discard of report(s)
      

Hub

• [Feature Release]: Ability To Set "Refresh Frequency" For Variables
  • When toggled on, the 'Refresh Frequency' function in Hub will allow users to set a function to enable the refresh and collection of new data for selected variables (*note: default period of refresh when toggled on is 180 days).
  • Note: when disabled, the variable field would preserve the last collected value by default. (Last collected value would remain if the function is re-enabled and not be reset by the re-enablement).
  • The function can additionally be bulk-enabled through checkbox selection of the desired variables to enable the refresh frequency for.

• [UI/UX Update/ Fix]: Copywriting Updates To Dataset Statuses On Hub 
  • Copywriting updates made to the publish status of datasets:
    • 'Untagged datasets' are now known as 'Pending Publish'
    • 'Tagged datasets' are known as 'Published Dataset'

Analyse

• [Feature Release]: Introduction Of 'Date of Birth Picker' As Variable Useable For Global Filter 
  • Users can now use the 'Date Of Birth' Picker question type as a variable to include and apply as a global filter when building data tables in Analyse.
    

• [Feature Release]: Introduction Of 'Event Date' As Variable Useable For Global Filter 
  • Users can now use the 'Event Date' question type as a variable to include and apply as a global filter when building data tables in Analyse.

• [Feature Release]: Introduction Of 'Event Date & Time' As Variable Useable For Global Filter 
  • Users can now use the 'Event Date & Time' question type as a variable to include and apply as a global filter when building data tables in Analyse.

• [Feature Release]: Ability To Switch Between 'Row Variables' And 'Column Variables' During Table Building On Analyse
  • Users can now customise the display mode while building data tables in Analyse to toggle between the 'Row variables' function and 'Column Variables' function to anchor the time period of the data aginst. This increases customisation in table building.
    
    
• [Feature Release]: Ability To Switch Between 'Latest Responses' And 'All Responses' During Table Building On Analyse
  • Users can now customise the display mode while building data tables in Analyse to toggle between the 'latest responses' function [i.e. display latest response collected for the variable(s)] and 'all responses' function [i.e. display all responses collected over time for the variable(s) such as trending results over time]. This increases customisation in table building.
    
    
• [Feature Release]: Ability To Apply 'Interpolate' While Creating Custom Variables and Row & Columns In Table Building On Analyse
  • Users can now use the 'interpolation' function when building custom variables and row & column functions in Analyse. This function would allow users to maximise data connectivity as the system matches pre-exisiting variables with custom variables being created (i.e. applying interpolation would allow the matching of a respondent's data of a certain variable across time with the custom variables being created).

• [Feature Release]: Ability To Use 'Period' As Custom Variable
  • Users can now use (time) period as a variable while configuring custom variables, increasing customisation in data table building.

• [Feature Update]: Data Export Files Now Support Date Picker Filter Applied As Global Filter
  • Data export files now are able to support the capabilities of when the 'Date Picker' variable is being applied as a global filter.

• [UI/UX Update/ Fix]: Increase Character Limit For Data Table Titles  
  • For data table titles in Analyse, character limit is increased from 30 to 100, enhancing customisation and user experience.

• [Bug Update/ Fix]: Data Table Affected When Custom Variable Of One Language Is Included Into Data Table Containing Variables Of Another Language
  • Data tables on Analyse are not able to load and render properly when a custom variable (e.g. set in English) is added to the data table is primarily of a different language (e.g. Thai, Chinese (P.R.C).The known issue has since been fixed and is now working as intended.

• [UI/UX Update/ Fix]: Copywriting Updates To Various Sections Across Analyse  
  • Copywriting updates made to the following areas:
    • Messages for the function to remove custom variable(s)
    • Confidence level settings
    • Variable Selection (in custom variable creation/ configurations

• [UI/UX Update/ Fix]: UI/ UX Enhancements To Align Settings Between Data Tables Displayed On Analyse And Data Download File
  • UI/ UX enhancements made to align the default view of data tables displayed on Analyse (default: latest response) and actual data download file (default: all responses), enhancing user experience.
  • Additional copywriting updates made to messages for data download to increase clarity.

• [UI/UX Update/ Fix]: UI Enhancements To Data Table Display In Analyse
  • UI enhancements made to now display table names under the menu toolbar in Analyse, improving user experience.
