- [Feature Update]: Optimisation of pipeline email methodology for operational efficiency
- The system employs a task‑based queue for pipeline email dispatch, streamlining schedule edits and reducing processing overhead.
- This enhancement eliminates duplicate contacts and mitigates race‑condition risks, delivering greater operational efficiency.
- [Feature Update]: Invite schedule caps for Panel Integration now increased
- Updated the Milieu panel configuration to raise the cycle cap from 5,000 to 10,000, enabling support for larger panel cycles.
(*Note: The new limit is applied across all Milieu panel workflows, while existing panels under 5,000 cycles remain unaffected.)
- Updated the Milieu panel configuration to raise the cycle cap from 5,000 to 10,000, enabling support for larger panel cycles.
- [UI/UX Update/ Fix]: Improved handling of old data scenarios in Monitor
- Implemented a UI/UX for collections older than one year - when the breakdown chart in Monitor has no data, due to data gaps exceeding a year or extremely old collections, a contextual message is displayed:
Sample collection data from earlier periods isn’t shown here. To view historical data, go to Analyse or Visualise and use variables from the dataset.
- This UI/UX change replaces the previous blank state, improving clarity and helping users locate older datasets without cluttering the interface.

Milieu X WebApp
- [Feature Update]: Enhanced backend processing, reducing stored data size and improving efficiency
- The system now removes unused option identifiers from Redis, shrinking stored data and speeding up the node engine, which helps prevent occasional “wrong option hash” errors during heavy load.
Analyse
- [Feature Update]: Updated table columns to use nesting tree structure
- The table column architecture has been upgraded from a flat nodes‑edges layout to a hierarchical tree structure, enabling more intuitive organization and easier navigation of nested data.
- [Bug Fix/ Update]: Cell text aligned left instead of center when sig-test is enabled
- When user has toggled the sig-test on, the weighted columns cell text switched from center-aligned to left-aligned. The known issue has since been fixed and is now working as intended.
- [Bug Fix/ Update]: Table lookup become undefined in some rare cases of missing data
- After user has implemented a column structure, in some rare cases, the table lookup will be undefined. A quick hotfix has been implemented to protect data.
Visualise
- [Feature Release]: Additional chart capabilities for Ranking question type in Visualise
- Users are now able to create the charts for Ranking question type, along with additional support capabilities:
- Users can choose between weighted rank, aggregate rank or 1st/2nd/3rd rank in their chart selection.
(*Note: Default view will be weighted rank, and Pie Chart is automatically hidden as an option) - The ranking score calculation will be the same as their Analyse table.
- Users can cross analyse this rating chart with another variable (currently single-select, multi-select, rating)
(*Note: This cross-analyse will make ranking question be a secondary variable)
- Users can choose between weighted rank, aggregate rank or 1st/2nd/3rd rank in their chart selection.
- Users are now able to create the charts for Ranking question type, along with additional support capabilities:
- [Feature Release]: Additional support capabilities for Rating question type in Visualise
- Added extensive controls for Rating questions in Mean Score mode:
- Letting you switch between latest or all responses
- Enable data interpolation
- Set chart name/comment
- Pick chart type (vertical, horizontal, line)
- Customize colours, legends, chart lines, ordering and highlights (for crossed charts)
- Show or hide the question label.
- In this mode the trash‑can icon is disabled (with a tooltip explaining deletions are only allowed in % mode), variable swapping is locked, and option hiding is prevented, ensuring a consistent and error‑free scoring experience.
- Added extensive controls for Rating questions in Mean Score mode:
- [Bug Fix/ Update]: "More" count in stacked bar charts was inaccurate
- The "More" count in stacked bar chart was not displaying accurate data. The known issue has since been fixed and is now working as intended.
- [Bug Fix/ Update]: Stacked bar charts incorrectly displayed original raw percentage instead of rebase totals upon hovering the segment
- In stacked bar charts, percentages were correctly rebased (so totals stayed ≤ 100 %) but reverted to the original raw percentages whenever a user hovered over a segment.
- The sample count displayed the number of respondents instead of the total number of responses, leading to misleading metrics for multi‑select or time‑period variables.
- The known issue has since been fixed and is now working as intended.
- [Bug Fix/ Update]: Date picker filters are not working as intended in the global and chart filters
- Users experience an error with the date picker when using with the filter in the global and chart filters in Visualise. The known issue has since been fixed and is now working as intended.
- [Bug Fix/ Update]: Questions variables can still be crossed despite being in red/warning zone
- When the same question is used for crossing variables, the dropzone shows a warning (red coded). While the expected behaviour is such that this action will be disallowed, the variable can still be added in. The known issue has since been fixed and is now working as intended.
- [Bug Fix/ Update]: "More" bars count does not update itself when the chart size changed
- When the chart size changes due to opening side panels or resizing the browser, the more bars count does not update to show when the correct figures reflecting of the newly sized chart. The known issue has since been fixed and is now working as intended.
- [Bug Fix/ Update]: Highlight for crossed variables wrongly shows multi-options tooltip for non-line chart
- Previously non‑line charts incorrectly showed a multi‑option tooltip when the primary option’s secondary options shared the same value. The known issue has since been fixed and is now displaying only single-option tooltip.
User Admin Console
- [Feature Update]: Ability to sort the organisation filter in alphabetical order
- The organisation filter now displays organisations in alphabetical order.
