General

[Feature Update]: Sign In & Forgot Password Pages: Hero Image Updated
- The hero image on the Sign In and Forgot Password pages has been updated to reflect Milieu's refreshed branding.

[Bug Update/ Fix]: Session Not Expiring After 30-Day "Remember Me" Period
- Previously, users could remain logged in beyond the intended 30-day "Remember Me" period, as session tokens were not being cleared upon expiry. Sessions would only reset when the browser tab was closed and reopened.
- A token refresh mechanism has been introduced to ensure session tokens are cleared once the 30-day validity period lapses, redirecting users to the login page as intended.

[Feature Release]: Introducing Workspaces
- This feature is designed to help teams organise their resources more efficiently.
- Users can now create workspaces within their team. Each workspace can hold multiple resource types — studies from Studio, data management resources from Hub, tables from Analyse, and reports from Visualise — all in one shared space. This revamps how resources are organised, making it easier to group and locate files.
- (*Note: A default workspace is auto-created when a team is set-up. This default workspace cannot be deleted.)

[Feature Release]: New Homepage Experience: Workspace Navigation
- The homepage has been redesigned to display workspaces as a visual card Grid list, replacing the previous Studio/Analyse/Visualise navigation layout.
- Users who belong to multiple teams can select their active team using a dropdown menu located beneath the page banner, with a search bar included for quick lookup.
- Above the workspace list, users can filter by Organisation or Team, and sort by Last Updated.
- To the right of the filters, users can create a new workspace via the + New Workspace button, or toggle between Grid and List view.

[Feature Release]: Viewing and Managing Workspace Resources
- Once a workspace is selected, users can view all resources contained within it. Both the Homepage and the dedicated Workspace page support toggling between Grid and List view.
  - In the Homepage List view, resources are displayed in a table with columns for Organisation, Team, and Last Updated.
  - In the Workspace page List view, the table is expanded to also include Type, Status, and Owner.
- Users can also create custom datasets directly from the Workspace page, without needing to navigate to Hub.

[UI Update/ Fix]: Study Header Now Displays Workspace Path
- Previously, the Visual Editor displayed only the study or resource title alongside the Milieu logo at the top of the page.
- Now, the header also shows the workspace path the resource belongs to, displayed alongside the resource title for clearer context.
- The study folder panel, previously located at the bottom left of the Visual Editor, has been removed.

[Bug Update/ Fix]: Report Tag Tab Incorrectly Hidden in Normal Mode
- When Developer Mode was turned off, the Tag tab — which contains the Description field — was incorrectly hidden. Only labels were expected to be hidden in normal mode.
- The known issue has since been fixed and is now working as intended.

[Feature Release]: Personalisation Tokens Now Available in Email Templates
- Email templates now support {{firstName}} and {{lastName}} personalisation tokens, allowing messages to be addressed to recipients by name.

[Feature Release]: Role Management Now Includes Workspace Module Permissions
- Role management now includes a Workspace module permission, allowing administrators to assign either Edit or View access per role.

[Feature Release]: Search & Sort Now Available on Insights Landing Page
- Users can now search for a Report or Tracker directly from the Insights landing page. A Last Viewed sort option has also been added for quicker access to recently visited resources.

[Feature Release]: Password Protection Now Available for Published Reports & Trackers
- Reports and Trackers published with the Password Protect permission will now prompt viewers with a password-protected screen upon access.

[Feature Release]: Reports Can Now Be Filtered by Fieldwork Period
- Users can now filter by fieldwork period, enabling more precise and targeted report views.
