Workspace

• [Feature Release]: Owners now have the ability to move resources between workspaces 
  • Owners of studies, tables, reports and custom datasets can now move these resources from one workspace to another.
  • A resource can only be moved between workspaces that the owner already has access to — in other words, it cannot be moved into a workspace the owner is not a member of.
  • *Note: Existing sharing permissions remain unchanged after the move. Access won't be automatically adjusted, so if it needs updating, this must be done separately.

• [Feature Update]: Card view title and cover image enhancements
  • Previously, titles on workspace cards were truncated after a single line. This has now been improved so up to two lines of the title are shown before truncation, with a tooltip displaying the full title on hover.
  • The auto-generated placeholder cover image for workspace cards has been disabled. When no cover image is uploaded, a folder icon now appears in its place.

Studio

• [Feature Release]: Ability to navigate to new audience group creation directly from Pipeline 
  • A shortcut to "Create a new audience group" is now added under the dropdown AGM list menu when setting up an email pipeline.

  • When an audience group is yet to be created, and user only remembers it as they set up the email distribution in Pipeline, user does not need to exit Pipeline and go through many clicks to reach the AGM page. The new shortcut button allows user to navigate to AGM directly from the dropdown menu.

Analyse

• [Bug Update/ Fix]: Options added after survey launch were missing from Custom Variable
  • Previously, if changes were made to questions in the Visual Editor after a study was published, any new options added were not reflected when creating a Custom Variable.
  • When filtering through options, the new options would appear in the list, but selecting one would show a blank option instead.
  • The known issue has been fixed and is now working as intended. Additionally, a "refresh options" button has been introduced to re-fetch the option list.

• [Bug Update/ Fix]: Crashes when moving a row variable
  • Previously, when users tried to move row variables positioned in the middle of the table, the system failed to recognise the action, resulting in an error message pop-up.
  • The known issue has been fixed and is now working as intended.

Visualise

• [Feature Update]: WordCloud theme text now included in charts
  • 'Themes' would now reflect in a WordCloud based on the configurations/ perimeters set for the respective themes.

• [Bug Update/ Fix]: Themes without responses were displayed in WordCloud
  • Previously, themes containing no clustered responses were also displayed in WordCloud. The expected behaviour is for WordCloud to only show themes with responses detected within it.
  • The known issue has been fixed and is now working as intended.

• [Feature Update]: The Publish button for Insights is now disabled if no variables exist within a Visualise report
  • Previously, when a Visualise report was published with no charts, it would appear empty on the Insights Report and show an error on the Insights Tracker.
    
  • Now, the Insights page can only be published if at least one supported chart is created in the Visualise report.
  • *Note on supported charts:
    • Insights Report - All question types
    • Insights Tracker - Single-select, multi-select, rating and custom variable

• [Bug Update/ Fix]: Language toggle not showing the languages available
  • Previously, the language toggle in the Edit Chart side panel did not display all the languages that had been set up.
  • The known issue has since been fixed and is now working as intended.

Insights

• [Feature Release]: WordCloud is now supported in published Insights Reports and Trackers
  • The chart components used to build the new Word Cloud charts have now been adapted to work within Insights.

• [Feature Release]: Spider / Radar is now supported in published Insights Reports
  • The chart components used to build the new Spider / Radar charts have now been adapted to work within Insights.

• [Feature Update]: Filtering for an organisation with no matching results returned an error screen
  • Previously, users faced an error screen when searching or filtering for an organisation that returned no results.
  • A proper "No items found" message is now shown instead of an error screen.
