    • Added requirements on password complexity to enhance security of the platform in terms of user sign-in/ login


  • [Feature Update]: Enhanced Search Functionality To Look Up By Users
    • Users are now able to search for user profiles by user's (i) first name; (ii) last name; and (iii) user email address across relevant fields throughout various sections of the platforms. Updated user search functionality in the platform is applied across the following:

  • [Feature Release]: Progress Bar Added To Indicate Test Journey/ Progress Of Survey
    • Users now have an indication their progress in a survey through the introduced progress bar in the Milieu X WebApp, for clear visual representation of survey progress and enhanced user experience.


  • [UI Update/ Fix]: Enhancements To Image List Question Type
    • Users will know have an enhanced user experience while viewing the Image List question type, which has been optimised to better support viewing on web and mobile interfaces.


Studio - Study Editor

  • [Feature Release] Ability To Duplicate Question Cards On Visual Editor 
    • Users can now clone/ duplicate question cards on the Visual Editor and customise them, enhancing scripting efficiency and the overall user experience.


  • [UI/UX Update/ Fix] Re-ordering Answer Options Is More Clearly Visualised
    • When holding and dragging an answer option to reorder it amongst the list, there would be a visual indicator that pushes the subsequent answer option down, making it visually easier for users to slot in the respective answer option as desired.


  • [UI/UX Update/ Fix] Limits On Zooming In/ Out To View On The Visual Editor Is More Clearly Visualised
    • The zoom-out limit of 25% and zoom-in limit of 175% is now more visually presented with a grey-ed out indication and red icon, enhancing clarity and visual experience when using the Visual Editor.


  • [Feature Update]: Syntax To Indicate Custom Input Variable In The Visual Editor and Email Templates Are Now Standardised
    • Symbol to indicate input of embedded text is now standardised to the following:

  • [UI/UX Update/ Fix] Banner To Notify Study Owner/ Editor When A Study Has Below Than Target Sample Size
    • Study owners/ editors can now see a banner to check/ look into fieldwork when the collected sample count is below that of the specific target sample count indicated under quotas, enhancing the overall user experience.


  • [Bug Update/ Fix] Notification To Users When 'Edit Survey' Is Triggered By A User
    • Users will now get a notification when another edits a survey and multiple users can edit the survey simultaneously.


  • [Feature Release]: Addition Of Survey 'Start' And 'End' Cards in Visual Editor
    • While scripting a survey on the Visual Editor, users will now see a 'Start' and 'End' card included by default for clearer indication/ visualisation of the survey's start and end.
      • 'Start' card added with default fields and content that includes:

  • [Feature Update]: Ability To Change Question Type Of A Card While Scripting For Enhanced Efficiency
    • Users are now able to change a card's question type on the Visual Editor by clicking on the question type on the active question card, without removing and adding a new card. This enhances the survey scripting experience.


  • [Feature Release]: Ability To Hide/ Show Connection Lines On Visual Editor For Enhanced Scripting Experience
    • Users are now able to toggle the visibility of connection lines on the Visual Editor for enhanced visual clarity and customisation on the Visual Editor. Connection lines consist the following:
      • Flow Connection Lines
      • Routing Connection Lines
      • Piping Connection Lines


  • [Feature Update]: Instruction Fields Of Question Cards Now Include Default Instructions
    • Instruction fields on question cards on the Visual Editor for selected questions (i.e. Multi-select, Rating, Aided Open-ended, Ranking) now include default instructions for enhanced scripting efficiency. Users are still able to customise the instructions if desired, maintaining the custom element of the instruction fields.
  • [Feature Update]: Settings For Answer Options List Are Now Carried Forward From Parent To Child Question Card When Piping
    • Settings for the answer option list of the Parent question card (i.e. the original card where the piping logic start from) are now carried forward to that of the Child question card (i.e. the card 'receiving' the answer option list from), enhancing user experience on scripting on the Visual Editor. The aforementioned settings include:
      • Randomisation setting of option order
      • Image thumbnails toggled for answer options
      • Anchor settings of options (i.e. fixation of option(s) order in the list)
      • Exclusivity option of option


  • [UI/UX Update/ Fix]: Removal of Survey Information Page In Studio Editor
    • The Survey Information Page has been removed from the Settings section in the Visual Editor with the introduction of 'Start' and 'End' cards in the Visual Editor, optimising user experience.


  • [UI/UX Update/ Fix]: Removal of 'How It Works' Prompt In Studio Editor
    • 'How It Works' prompt that appeared previously has now been removed from the Visual Editor to make way for improvements to user interface.


Analyse

  • [Bug Update/ Fix]: Crash Occurrences From Empty Question Content Fields When Clearing Search Fields Fixed 
    • Features are now functioning as expected.


  • [Feature Update/ Fix]: Improvements To Formatting Of Data Within Exported Data Files 
    • Formatting of cells in data files exports are optimised in areas such as percentage and numerical formatting and spaces in between respective question fields.


  • [Feature Release]: Introduction Of AI-powered Topic Clustering And Sentiment Analysis
    • For Open-ended and Aided Open-ended responses, users are now able to view responses on a clubbed basis by sentiments or general grouping based on topic, enhancing user experience on Analyse.
    • Users are also able to now get exported files vis email for Open-ended and Aided Open-ended responses based on their selection of topic clustering or sentiment analysis.


  • [UI Update/ Fix]: Improvements To Button Placements On 'Create A Custom Variable' Page
    • The placements of the title field for the custom variable and the 'Remove Custom Variable' button have been optimised on wider resolution screens, enhancing the visual experience for users.


  • [Bug Fixes]: Custom Variables Can be Created When Answer Option Contains Numeric And Non-numeric Values In The Same Option
    • Previously, users could not create custom variables if the answer option contains numeric and non-numeric values at the same time. Features have since been updated and are now functioning as expected.
