General

  • [Feature Release]: Email Campaigns Can Now Be Set Up And Sent To User Groups
    • Through Audience Group Management, users are now able to craft and use an email template to exercise an email campaign to distribute survey links which would be sent via email to a select list of respondents.
    • Users can save pre-defined lists of email addresses as groups to which they can send/ distribute their email campaign to. (*note: All email addresses uploaded will be stored and recognised in lowercase format)
    • Email template editor is able to support HTML and WYSIWYG (i.e. What-you-see-is-what-you-get) formats.
    • Created email templates are allowed to be saved as drafts and preview the created email before they are sent out to respondents.


Studio - Study Editor

  • [Feature Update]: Aided Open-ended and Open-ended Questions Are Now More Optimised For Regex Handling
    • Aided OEs and OEs are able to now more optimised to verify for regex (i.e. checking sequence of characters matches a specific format/ pattern in text field) when respective settings is toggled on under the Visual Editor for the specific questions. This validation will also appear on the WebApp front to users (i.e. message prompt of invalid format will appear).


  • [UI/UX Update/ Fix]: Improvements Made To Preview Screen To Reflect Full Question Content During Routing Setup For Options
    • In the Visual Editor, users can now preview the full length of a question they wish to route to, when they right click on a specific option to select another question to potentially route to, enhancing ease of reference and experience.


  • [Feature Release]: All Question Types Can Now Be Marked Optional When Scripting/ Programming A Survey
    • Under Advanced Settings of each question, users are now able to mark questions as optional. Respondents will not then be required to answer these questions to submit their responses for the survey.


  • [UI/UX Update/ Fix]: Keyboard Shortcuts Now Available For 'Select' And 'Hand' Tools
    • Users can now use keyboard short keys to toggle between the Select and/or Hand tool on the Visual Editor, enhancing user experience.
      • Select = SHIFT + H
      • Hand = SHIFT + H


  • [Feature Update]: Admin Role Of A Study Can Now Add Users As Dataset Editors
    • Users with Admin Roles of a study can now assign the roles of other users (within the same organisation) as dataset editors (under the Dataset Management tab of the 'Share' menu in the Visual editor).


  • [Feature Release]: Ability To Set Time Period For Editing Rights Of Responses By Respondents Now Available
    • Under the settings for distribution segments, users can now set a specific period in which survey responses can be editable by respondents. This can be configures by hours / days / weeks / months, enhancing customisation abilities of the feature.


  • [Feature Update]: Enhancements Made To Dataset Download Format Options
    • Under the Monitor tab of the Studio Editor, users can now download collected data files in two formats:
      • (existing): Results And Lookup - consists of two separate files; response outputs in results file are reflected based on the number code assigned to the respective option response in each question.
      • (new): Value Mapping - consists of one file, response outputs in file are reflected based on the text value shown as the option response in each question.


  • [UI/UX Update/ Fix]: Validation Prompts For Checks To Question Cards With Incomplete Connection For Routing
    • Users will now be prompted to check on question cards that not connected/ incorrectly connected to the main routing line of the survey in the Visual Editor, enhancing the scripting/ programming experience.


  • [UI/UX Update/ Fix]: Improvements To Settings For Quota Card For Single Market Settings
    • Optimisations made to automatically only feature the respective market in subsequent quota card if initial Settings card has been denoted to only have a single market, enhancing efficiency.


  • [UI/UX Update/ Fix]: UX Improvements To Distribution Segment Interface
    • Users can now view distribution segments even after the study is published.


  • [UI/UX Update/ Fix]: Improvements To Options Positioning Under Advanced Settings In Study Editor
    • Optimisations made to positioning of options in the Advanced Settings card, enhancing intuitive user experience.


  • [Feature Update]: Introduction Of More Flexibility For Question Type: Event Date
    • Users are now able customise the mandatory fields/ collected format of the event date question type when scripting/ programming on the Visual Editor (e.g. enabling/ disabling filling in of month and/or day), increasing flexibility of use and user experience.
    • This question type is available for data display and data download/ export.


  • [Feature Release]: Introduction Of Auto-punch Feature
    • Users can now utilise the auto-punch feature for Aided OE questions, which taps on authorised third-party data sources to pre-fill designated fields. The settings for this can be edited/ customised under the Visual Editor when scripting/ programming.


  • [Bug Update/ Fix]: Header/ Title For Screenout Card Unable To Be Edited
    • The known issue has since been fixed and the feature is performing as expected.


  • [Bug Update/ Fix]: User Label Stuck Under Share Study Tab/ Menu
    • Upon assigning a role to a user (i.e. Viewer/ Admin/ Editor) under the Share Study menu in the Study Editor, the user label would disappear should their role be changed. The user would have to reassigned the respective role once again, rather than being able to flexibly change the role from the dropdown list.
    • The known issue has since been fixed and the feature is performing as expected.


Hub

  • [UI/UX Update/ Fix]: Optimisation Of Visual Display Of Dataset Management UI
    • Optimisation made to the dataset management UI, enhancing user experience while using Hub.


Milieu X WebApp

  • [Feature Release]: Ability To Edit Responses To Survey After Survey Response Submission*
    • Under specific use cases, survey responses can be editable by users/ respondents:
      • After survey submission, respondents can re-visit the same url link, to which they will see the option to edit their responses (*note: responses can only be edited under specific settings made to the survey by respective creators/ editors).
      • Respondents would also be able to see a list view of all questions within the particular survey, to which they could navigate to specific questions and have the ability to edit/ answer those respective questions.
      • Respondents are also now able to the answer history of recorded responses, assuming there were changes made to the respective responses (note: this would only be possible if the setting to 'Keep Previous Answer' option is selected under the distribution segment)


  • [Feature Release]: Ability To Allow Users To Skip Questions That Are Not Mandatory
    • Respondents are now able to skip questions marked as optional (under the specific setting in the Visual Editor). With this, respondent would be allowed to submit their full set of responses for the survey as long as all mandatory questions are answered.


  • [Feature Release]: Introduction Of Auto-punch Feature
    • The display for Aided OE questions in the WebApp display is now able to support and reflect the auto-punch feature that taps on authorised third party sources to pre-fill designated fields, enhancing efficiency and user experience. (See Studio - Study Editor section for additional details on respondent's end)


Analyse

  • [Bug Update/ Fix]: Optimisation Of Table Headers On Dataset Tables In Analyse And Data Export Tables
    • UI/UX improvements made to the visual look of the headers in the dataset tables in Analyse and Data Tables in export files.
