General

  • [Bug Update/ Fix]: Email Campaigns Only Sending Emails To Partial List Of Audience List
    • Under Audience Group Management, Email Campaigns were only being shared to the first 32 recipients of an email list, even without any pre-set filtering of recipients in the email list. The known issue has since been fixed and the feature is performing as expected.


Visualise

  • [Feature Release]: Visualise (BETA) Now Available on Canvas 2.0.
    • Visualise is now available on Canvas 2.0, in BETA phase. With Visualise, users are able to natively create charts and explore data for visualisation from study datasets.  


Studio - Study Editor

  • [Feature Release]: Ability To Select Custom Saved Question From Question Library 
    • Users now can use questions from a study dataset/ custom dataset marked to be listed in the Question Library.
    • Currently, the following conditions apply to the use of questions in the Question Library:
      • Users must have dataset editor/ viewer access to a particular dataset to be able to mark/ toggle questions from a particular study/ custom dataset to be listed in the Question Library in the Visual Editor (refer to Hub section for more information)
      • Question text and option text are not editable from the source question of the Question Library
      • In the event of piping (i.e. carrying forward selected/ unselected option list from one question to another), piping option text is possible from a question card in the Question to a newly created question card in the Visual editor but not from a newly question card to that of a question card in the Question Library.


  • [Feature Update]: Search Function Added to Language Selection Dropdown In Settings Card
    • Users can now input text into a search bar to refine search of the desired language under the Settings card in the Visual Editor, enhancing user experience.


  • [Feature Update]: Variants Of Open-ended And Aided Open-ended Question Types Now Further Available As Separate Question Types 
    • Open-ended and Aided Open-ended question types are now marked separately as:
      • Open-ended Alphanumeric
      • Open-ended Numeric
      • Aided Open-ended Alphanumeric
      • Aided Open-ended Numeric


  • [Feature Release]: Ability To Toggle On/ Off Buffers For Quotas On Sample Collection Introduced 
    • Users can now toggle on/off the ability to add a buffer for sample collection of quota(s) noted in the Settings card.
    • With this setting toggled on, more room is given to account for possibilities of drop-offs under certain scenarios (e.g. respondents taking too long to answer a survey and will only register as a drop-off at a later time after the session expires) and allow a certain number of additional samples to be collected.


  • [Feature Release]: Ability To Allow Users To Set Redirect Links In Settings Card
    • Under a created distribution segment in Settings section of the Studio Editor, users can now toggle on/off the ability for respondents to be redirected to a specified URL when screened out and/or upon completion of a survey.


  • [Bug Update/ Fix]: Counts Of Screenout Not Reflected On Data Collection Analytics Dashboard
    • Screenout counts were not being reflected on the Data Collection Analytics dashboard under Monitor.
    • The known issue has since been fixed and the feature is performing as expected.


Milieu X WebApp

  • [Feature Update]: Optimisation Of Redirects When Market Sample Size For A Survey Is Filled
    • Optmisations made to redirects to better cater for occurences of when a market sample size is filled.

Hub

  • [Feature Release]: Ability To Allow Questions From Study Datasets And/ Or Custom Datasets To Be Added To Question Library 
    • Users now have the ability to toggle on/off questions from a study dataset to appear as part of their Question Library in the Study Editor (refer to Studio - Study Editor section for more information on Question Library Feature).
    • The above mentioned feature is also available for custom datasets.


Analyse

  • [Bug Update/ Fix]: Users With Viewer Access Having Additional Access On Analyse
    • Users with Viewer access should be able to view only the dataset in Analyse based on what has been set by the dataset creator/ editor.
    • With the incident, users with Viewer access were able to remove or perform edits to the global filter variable(s) implemented on the dataset and/ or clear data of the shared table. The known issue has since been fixed and the feature is performing as expected.
