User Admin Console

• [Bug Update/ Fix]: Inability To Save Certain Industry Field Selections For Organisations
  • When creating/ editing an organisation, the option of 'Media Publications' is not recognised as a valid option and as a result, cannot be saved and recorded as an organisation's industry and impacts its creation/ editing. The known issue has since been fixed and is now working as intended.

Audience Group Management

• [UI/UX Update/ Fix]: Copywriting Enhancement To Instructions For Attachement Field In Email Campaign
  • Copywriting instructions now include supported file format(s), along with size for attachement files under the creation of emails for email campaigns, for enhanced clarity and user experience.

Studio - Study Editor

• [UI/ UX Update/ Fix]: Introduction Of Status Bar For Processing Of Samples When A Survey With Collected Samples Is Edited
  • A 'Recalculation Bar' is introduced in the Build section of Studio, to indicate the processing progress of samples that have been collected in the study. This is triggered by when a user edits/ publishes changes to a survey that already has collected samples. 

• [UI/UX Update/ Fix]: Introduction Of Confirmation Button To Implement Changes On Surveys With Collected Samples
  • A further confirmation button is added in Studio - when a user chooses a course of action for collected samples for a survey in post-collection edit/ publish mode, they will be required to confirm their action through this confirmation button, for enhanced user experience.

• [UI/UX Update/ Fix]: Introduction Of Recalcuation Bar In Monitor Section Of Studio For Surveys With Collected Samples
  • A 'Recalculation Bar' is introduced in the Monitor section of Studio, to indicate the processing progress of samples that have been collected in the study. This is triggered by when a user edits/ publishes changes to a survey that already has collected samples.

• [UI/UX Update/ Fix]: Optimisation For Loading Functionality When Processing And Loading Data Tables 
  • Backend optimisation implemented to tap on 'lazy loading', to further optimise the processing and loading of data tables in Analyse.
