- [Feature Update]: Panel Cycle Now Allows User to Select Today's Date During Cycle Setup
- Users were previously unable to select today's date as the date of the panel distribution cycle. With this update, users may now select today's date during the panel distribution cycle schedule.
- [Bug Update/ Fix]: Inability To Re-schedule New Email to Respondents Who Were Skipped In A Previous Email Cycle
- When trying to re-distribute surveys via emails to remaining invitees/ respondents, users received a prompt claiming that number of invitees exceeds the number of available respondents, despite not being the case. This results in skipped invitees/ respondents being unable to receive email invites. The known issue has since been fixed and is now working as intended.
- [Feature Release]: Users Can Now Create Weight Segment with Interlocking Function
- Users create Weight Frames in Studio (i.e. Studio > Monitor > Weight Frame) using variables from the respective study. (Note: User may only access this tab once the study is published/saved. When the study in still in edit mode, the weight frame will not be accessible.)
- [Feature Release]: User Can Now Select a Weight Frame as the Default Weight Frame that Applies to the Dataset
- Users can now choose a default weight frame to use in Analyse. Users may choose either for the data to be unweighted or set a custom weight frame to apply onto their dataset.
Analyse
- [Feature Release]: Weight Frame Can Now Be Used In Analyse For Table Buildling
- Users would be able to select the weight frame as a applicable variable from the dataset panel in Analyse.
- Users would be able to drag-and-drop the weight frame variable into the table (at appropriate positions) to apply it to the desired column(s).
- Users can also download their prepared table(s) that has the weight frames applied to it from Analyse.
- (*Note: These above uses will be applicable in Analyse only if the weight frame for the study is enabled in Studio)
- [Bug Update/ Fix]: Option Does Not Appear When Typed with a '<' in the Visual Editor.
- When an option in a Question Card in Visual Editor contains '<', the option appears as a blank in Analyse. The known issue has since been fixed and is now working as intended.
- [Bug Update/ Fix]: Error When Market Without an Entry is Selected in the Global Filter
- For studies ran with multiple markets but one of them contains no data for a specified OE question (e.g. because of routing etc; question not needed in that country's survey):
- When users try to filter the table by the country that has no data for a particular open-ended question within the survey, the table will return an error and stay in the loading status indefinitely. The known issue has since been fixed and is now working as intended.
- For studies ran with multiple markets but one of them contains no data for a specified OE question (e.g. because of routing etc; question not needed in that country's survey):
- [Bug Update/ Fix]: Report Faces Unexpected Crashing When Custom Variable Is Used
- In Visualise, random incident of the report crashing occurs, when a custom variables is included in the report. The known issue has since been fixed and is now working as intended.
Visualise
- [Bug Update/ Fix]: Report Crashes When Highlighting a Variable During Variable Crossing Chart
- When a chart is created via variable crossing, the report would crash when attempting to highlight any single option of the variable in the edit tab. The known issue has since been fixed and is now working as intended.
- [Bug Update/ Fix]: Report Crashes When Changing Chart Type to Any Stacked Charts
- When a chart display is switched to any stacked chart type (i.e. vertical stacked chart, horizontal stacked chart), this action will cause the report to crash. The known issue has since been fixed and is now working as intended.
- [Bug Update/ Fix]: Report Crashes When User Drags The Image Itself
- When attempting to drag an image variable in a report via clickng on the image directly, the report crashes. (*Note: dragging the placeholder box that surrounds the image does not cause the crash incident to occur.) The known issue has since been fixed and is now working as intended.
- [Bug Update/ Fix]: Report Loads Indefinitely When Inactive Report Is Closed
- When the user has (i) a previously loaded report tab (i.e. inactive tab) and (ii) a new/ active report tab opened, closing the inactive report by seelcting the 'x' icon to close it will cause will load indefinitely. This causes it to be inaccessible. The known issue has since been fixed and is now working as intended.
- [Bug Update/ Fix]: Inability to Create New Chart When Image Variable Is The First Item In The Report
- When placing Image variable as the first item in the report in Visualise, other charts cannot be created or placed afterwards. The known issue has since been fixed and is now working as intended.
User Admin Console
- [Feature Release]: Ability for Organisation Owner To Enforce 2-Factor Verification/ Authenthication Amongst User of The Same Organisation
- This feature allows organisation owner or admin to enforce all users within the organisation group to set up 2-Factor Verification/ Authentication (2FA). The users will get an email to notify them of this enforcement.
- [Feature Release]: A New Column In User List That Displays 2FA Enabled-User
- This feature adds a new column to the User List UI which will display users that have 2FA status active or inactive. This status can be viewed when the admin or organisation owner click to see the User tab.
- [Feature Release]: A New Prompt for 2FA Enforcement Will Be Sent to User Screen On The Next Sign-in
- This feature will display to the users that gets the 2FA Enforcement a prompt to enable/activate their 2FA via Google Authenticator or the email that they sign up with.
