On User Admin Console, you can create organisations to use as broad groups to organise and categorise users.
Navigating To User Admin Console
- To navigate to User Admin Console from the main login page, select the hamburger icon ☰ and select User Admin Console from the dropdown list.
- In User Admin Console, navigate to the 'Organisation' tab and click on 'Create organisation'.
- In the next page, fill in the necessary information and fields for the organisation you want to create. (Note: Fields marked with the asterisk are required to be filled in to create the organisation.)
- Once the required fields are filled, click on 'Create organisation' to save the information and create the organisation.
- From here, you can proceed to also create a team to include in this organisation.
