In Audience Group Management, you can create and manage various audience groups you would like to distribute your surveys to through certain ways (e.g. distribution of surveys via email).
Navigating To Audience Group Management
- To navigate to Audience Group Management from the main login page, select the hamburger icon ☰ and select Audience Group Management from the dropdown list.
Creating An Audience Group
- Under Audience Group Management, select 'Create audience group'.
- In the pop-up dialogue box, you can label the respective audience group name and organization you would like to tag the audience group to. Select 'Create' once you are ready to create the audience group.
- To start adding respondent(s) into your newly created audience group, locate the audience you just created in the audience group listing and select '...', followed by 'Edit'.
Adding Respondent(s) Manually Into An Audience Group
- In the menu of your respective audience group you wish to add respondents to, select 'Add respondent'.
- In the pop-up dialogue box, fill in the relevant fields of the respondent and once done, select 'Add'.
Uploading Respondent(s) Into An Audience Group
- In the menu of your respective audience group you wish to add respondents to, select 'Upload CSV'. This will prompt a dialogue box for you to select the desired .csv file. (Pro tip: the CSV file of respondent contacts you wish to add into your audience group would have follow a certain format. To get the template to format your contact list to, select 'Download Batch Upload CSV Template'.)
Verifying Of Added Respondent List
- Email addresses will be verified as they are added to the respondent list. You can now select the respondent list when setting up a pipeline for your survey which uses the email distribution method. (*Note: Emails would only be sent to verified email addresses
