You can create a custom dataset from scratch using datasets you have access to.

• To navigate, in your Canvas account, click on hamburger icon ☰ on the top left corner of the screen and select Hub from the dropdown list shown upon you clicking the icon.

• Under the Custom Datasets, click on Create a new dataset.

To build your custom dataset table:

• Under the Dataset table builder, you can edit the labelling of the respective questions/ datapoints under Topic. (Questions/ datapoints are named according to the order of appearance in the survey by default.)

• From the list of available studies you have in the study selector panel on the left, click on the respective study to expand out the datapoints available to drag into the dataset table editor. Drag and drop the desired variables to the drag-drop area on the right to build dataset tables.

• Share your custom dataset with other users through Share located on the top right. (Find out more on permission settings for datasets here.)
