On User Admin Console, you can assign existing user accounts to organisations, teams and roles.
Navigating To User Admin Console
- To navigate to User Admin Console from the main login page, select the hamburger icon ☰ and select User Admin Console from the dropdown list.
- In User Admin Console, navigate to the User tab and select the '...' icon, followed by 'Edit'.
- Under the specific user settings, select 'Assign Organisation'. In the pop-up box, you can assign the respective organisation, role and team to the user. (*Note: a single user can belong to more than one organisation, with a distinct role and team within each of the organisations.)
- Once you are done, select 'Save' to finalise the setting.
